All prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes where required. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a pricing error occurs, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Discount codes and bundle offers apply only for the stated period and conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash and only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

Delivery is explained in our Shipping Policy. Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Return & Exchange Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Use products only as described in the instructions. Products are for personal adult use. A sleeve is not a contraceptive and does not protect against sexually transmitted infections.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
