Unopened items: 14 day returns
You can cancel your order and return any item within 24 hours of delivery, as long as it is unopened and still in its original sealed packaging.
To start a return, email auramebeauty.co@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs. This does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Exchanges
Want a different variant? If the item is unopened and within 14 days, we are happy to exchange it. Email us and we will arrange it. Faulty item exchanges are always free.
Refunds
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- We process refunds within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof that you sent it).
- For unopened change of mind returns, the return postage is paid by you unless the item was faulty or wrong.
- Original standard delivery charges are refunded when you cancel the whole order within 14 days.

Will the return parcel show what is inside?
No. We give you a neutral return label and address. Nothing on it mentions the product.
I opened it but changed my mind. Can I return it?
Sorry, opened intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days.
How long does a refund take?
Within 14 days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, free of charge.
