Your order is packed in a plain outer box or mailer. The sender name on the label is Aura Me Beauty. There is nothing on the outside that tells anyone what is inside.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 7 working days, or your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, email auramebeauty.co@gmail.com and we will investigate with the courier and send a replacement or refund if it is lost.
