How is my order packaged?
Every order ships in a plain outer box or mailer. There is no logo or product name on the outside.
What will I see on my bank statement?
A neutral company name: Aura Me Beauty. The product is never mentioned.
How long does delivery take?
UAE: usually 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. You will get a tracking link by email.

What size does it fit?
The sleeve is made from stretchy silicone and is designed to fit most sizes comfortably. See the size details on the product page.
How do I clean it?
Wash before and after every use with warm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap. Let it air dry fully and store it in a clean, dry place.
Can I use lubricant with it?
Yes, use a water-based lubricant. Avoid silicone-based lubricants, which can damage silicone products.
Is it a contraceptive or does it protect against STIs?
No. A sleeve is not a condom and does not prevent pregnancy or protect against sexually transmitted infections. Use a condom if you need protection.

Can I return an opened item?
